Graduation

Last month I graduated. High School was an amazing experience and one that I am grateful for but on the other hand it was something that I was very grateful to be done with and not something I would want to go through again. I was chosen to speak at my graduation ceremony at Energy Solutions. It was really cool to speak in front of all those people. The hardest part of it was the echo in Energy Solutions. I felt like I could hear myself say the next line before I even said it. It was like hearing yourself think.

Here is my first day last day picture. My mom found the picture of my very first day of kindergarten. This is my personal favorite picture of all my graduation shots.

My dad took all my senior and graduation pictures. He is amazing. Hope you enjoy these pictures and it sparks your imagination on what your graduation pictures can be like. Comment which one is your favorite!

Cake Week

The first week in January my mom and sisters and I were in charge of making two cakes
The first one was my dad's birthday cake. This one my sisters and I decorated almost solely by ourselves with one a little help from our mom.
The second cake was a job that my mom had. She used her new cake airbrush tool and it turned out amazing. This was one was just made by my mom and we just watched in awe.

Beaded Spiders

Have you ever seen Twisted Spiders?

They are made by an amazing lady and sold at many craft fairs and in many stores as well.

My sister got one for Christmas and I decided to try and make one with my own twist. Here is how mine turned out:

Halloween!

So this year for Halloween my entire family dressed up as the cast from Duck Dynasty. It was hilarious and many people could not even recognize us. My little sisters got mistaken for boys several times.

To get ready for Halloween I did my final Halloween nails. They were camouflage to match the theme of our costumes. I used L.A colors base coat, a green and a black from Pure ice, a darker shimmery green by Finger paints, a taupe color from Rimmel, and my migi nail art pen in dark green. I finished the manicure off with the base/top coat from L.A colors.

I hope you all had a great Halloween!

He said yes!

My date to Sadie Hawkins answered my last week. I know these are terrible pictures but I have to get the better ones off of my camera. He "glow sticked" my lawn and spelled out yes in glow sticks. He also carved a pumpkin which said yes as well. It was cool to see my whole front yard glowing.

Senior Pictures!

Over the weekend I took the rest of my senior pictures. These were a few of my favorites. My dad is an amazing photographer and he took some gorgeous pictures.

Sadie Hawkins

I know this is not beauty related but I thought it was cute so I am going to post it anyways. This is how I asked my friend to the Sadie Hawkins dance. I made a guess who game using faces from my yearbook and gave him clues on how to play.

The big question is, will he say yes?

Even More Halloween Nails

This past week I spent fall break at my grandparents house. My sister, LittleSwiss found a picture of some Halloween nails that she liked and wanted me to do on her. This was our inspiration:
This was our creations from this inspiration. Now I am no nail designer so of course they are not perfect. I do my nails because I enjoy and it helps increase my creativity. Anyone and I mean anyone can paint their nails!

Hope you enjoy! This will probably be the last of the Halloween nails but I will post of picture of how I do my nails for the actual day of Halloween!

More Halloween Nails!

I was babysitting this past weekend and the little girls I babysit M and A got their nails done for Halloween. I thought they were so cute that I just had to post them. I am probably going to do my nails like this sometime this week. I'll be sure to post a picture when I do.

French Twist

Hey everyone!
So over the weekend my mom did a French Twist on LittleBug. It turned out so cute. These are pictures of her hair after she has been wearing it all day. Not only did it look cute but it stayed really well.

HAVE A GREAT WEEK!

Daily Makeup Tutorial

Hey!
I created my first video podcast the other day on my daily makeup. Hope you enjoy!

Curlformer Test

Hey friends!
A few days ago I decided to test curlformers on my little sister, LittleBug because we had never tried them before. Her hair was dry when we went to put them in so we spritzed them with a little bit of water. This is what her hair looked like after we put them in.

She slept in them that night and this is what they looked like the next morning.
They hadn't even moved! We took them out and the curls looked like this, just big gorgeous curls.
I fingered through her curls and separated them so that the curls looked fuller and more beautiful.

Finished Product!!!

Halloween Nails!

It's October and that's an excuse to start my Halloween nail obsession. This will probably be the first of a couple posts on Halloween nails.

This first picture is what I did to my nails just a few days ago. It is really simple to do.

The orange, purple, yellow, and green nail polish are by pure ice but you could substitute it for any polish you have at time. The white polish is some off brand that I had in my nail polish Tupperware. For the designs I used Migi Nail art pens. If you have never heard of them before you are missing out! They make doing your nails so simple.

This is what the pens look like. They come in all kinds of colors and are probably my most favorite nail polish of all time. Here is the link to their website in case you want to learn more about them.

The second nail picture is the Halloween nails that my good friend M did. They are amazing and I had to post. I will probably try and recreate them later this month and then will let you know they best way to do them.

Have a great day!
